Horrorstory
Het is niet goed toeven in Schotland, voor een Kabouter.
Police in Mid Calder, West Lothian, have been puzzled as reports of thefts of garden ornaments have been flooding in over the last few months. Detectives believe much of the crime - which involves dozens of garden gnomes as well as larger items of garden furniture - is being done to order, although they admit they cannot rule out many of the gnome thefts as being merely drunken pranks. But they also say the situation could be worse than has been reported, as many people do not tell them if a gnome goes missing. Now 14 of the little figures have been found abandoned in a field and officers are hoping they can reunite the homeless gnomes with their owners.Link
